This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Who we are
Ben Drayton trading as Pomona Property Group (ABN 57 782 682 324) is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in New South Wales operating under licence REP400065199C, with Compton Estates Pty Ltd as Licensee in Charge. Registered address: Suite 25, 3-9 Terminus Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity.
What information we collect
We collect personal information you give us directly and information generated automatically when you visit our website.
Information you provide. When you book a call, contact us by email or phone, or fill in a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb of interest, budget range, buying timeframe and anything else you choose to tell us about your property search.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and interactions with elements on the page. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect this data.
Booking platform data. Bookings are processed by Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com collects the information you submit in the booking form and shares it with us. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to data they hold: cal.com/privacy.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and follow-ups
- Prepare strategy briefs, pocket research and comparable-sales analysis tailored to your situation
- Send you a follow-up email or message after a call, where you have opted in
- Improve our website, measure the performance of our marketing, and understand which traffic sources lead to bookings
- Comply with our obligations under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW), the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand usage, and measure advertising effectiveness. The main categories are:
- Essential cookies required for the site to function and for booking flows to work
- Analytics cookies used by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the page (events such as scroll depth, button clicks, and booking completions)
- Advertising cookies used by Google Ads to measure the performance of our paid search campaigns and to attribute bookings to the ad that brought you to the page
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with third parties who help us deliver our service and operate our website:
- Cal.com: booking platform that processes discovery-call scheduling
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads for analytics, attribution and advertising measurement
- Vercel Inc.: hosting provider for this website
- Cloudinary: image and asset delivery
- Compton Estates Pty Ltd: Licensee in Charge, in the limited circumstances required to discharge supervisory obligations
- Regulators and courts: where disclosure is required by law
Some of these providers process data outside Australia (primarily the United States and the European Union). We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information consistently with the APPs.
How long we keep your information
We retain client engagement records for a minimum of seven years to meet our obligations under NSW real-estate legislation and ATO record-keeping requirements. Marketing analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics 4 (the default). Booking platform data is retained per Cal.com’s policy.
Your rights
Under the APPs you have the right to ask us:
- What personal information we hold about you
- To correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- To delete information we no longer need to keep, subject to our legal retention obligations
- To stop sending you marketing communications
- To explain how we have handled your information, if you wish to make a complaint

Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing clients where appropriate.
